streetable should be around 120-130 hp ... over that youll need some 12:1+ piston and wont be usefull with 92octane fuel ...
Btw, you wont ever make over 300 or 350 hp with this engine without replacing every thing inside... even the crank isnt as tought as the E15et one (got nitrided from company) ... dont ever think youll do 1000hp with it !! even if you got 5millions invested in it.. it will always be an E-serie.

My aportation would be to get your head ported and to visit www.nismoparts.com , look for oldschool b11 engine parts and get the double valve springs and seat, this asuming that your going to get a high profile cam for it.
Fast and 'easy' way:
Longer duration cam (280 - 290) watch out for valve floating or valve spring 'bottomin'
Dual carbs (40 webers, solex mikuni, even dellortos)
Header and 2 inch exh piping
With some ignition recurving you can easily get over 100 streetable hp
More with longer duration/more revs
E16 has 75 hp stock
GA16 has almost 100 hp stock, and with the above mods you would be around 120-130 hp
