Let me get this out of the way first, the engine isn't running at the moment, sorry to dissappoint.
After long hard hours (mostly removing stuck parts off my car, you'd be supprised how tight a gasket can keep two parts together alone) I finally got everything to match up. Yes, everything. The AAC can indeed fit, you just need to file out the holes for the screws wider and buy longer screws. They're a different thread size than what came off the e16 tb, but they're in the same place.
Everything bolted on, and everything reconnected properly...
...and here's the problem. You can see that there is no gas being injected, and there isn't any smell of it either.
Do the injectors have different electrical resistance, by any chance? Does the GA's fuel pump have more pressure? Is the pressure regulator (according to the book, 14 psi for the E; 34 for the GA) keeping too high of pressure? Any one know off hand? Am I just missing an idiot mistake? Any ideas? Any suggestions?
So close yet so far...

have you tried disconnecting the fuel pressure regulator... it should increase slightly the pressure... (just the vacuum line to it)
as for the injectors i dont know the specs of those...

Hehehe that would be funny

Yes all the plugs are indeed in their proper places, as funny as that would be (and do I ever wish it were that simple..) but I put tags on each where they should go, along with drawing a diagram. (I'll be damned if I hook stuff up incorrectly!)
As for the pressure regulator, according to 'the book' (Haynes, fyi.) the regulator on the GA16TB has more pressure than the the one off of the E16TB. That said, removing the vac line would increase it even more.
So... any other ideas/answers?

your fuel pump is working ??? as sure another funny thing here but have you put back the fuse ?? hahahah...still could be this !!??... anyhow do you hear it working when the switch is on ??

Ah yes, the possible mighty idiot mistake..
However, the fuse is indeed in place, and the fuel pump does whirr... although a bit quieter after the first half-second, I suspect the higher pressure from the regulator, but could be other things as well.. (other problems? gah I hope not..)
The car worked before the swap, so all the other components outside of the throttle body are in working order.
I really hope to solve this soon... would like to drive it before spring time

Have you tested the injector with a voltagemeter??? Maybe you bought a bad injector??

while we re on the subject guys where is the fuel pressure reg on the e series motor , that is something that i might want to look into after i replace this very fraid ground for the alternator
Unfortunatly, no news. The injecter tests out fine at 1.2 ohms..
I'll have to post-pone elaborate testing, though, until I replace the water pump in my 87 Sentra for the winter (It's the only car that I have heat in).
Honestly, I can't think of any reason for things to go sour

***** Gentlemen, I've been away from the boards for a while. Just logged in to see what you guys are up to. Whitefox, great to hear you are slugging it out with this new swap. As always, the first guy paves the way for the rest. I got out the factory manuals ['88 and '89] and I think I got it figured out. The GA16i cars all used a "Dropping resistor" between the battery voltage source [hot wire to injector] and the injector itself. The E-series powered cars did not. The dropping resisitor can be gotten at any junkyard, and is small enough to fit in your pocket. It is located on the top center of the firewall, just slightly favoring the driver's side. It is silver, and is secured by two #3 phillips head screws. You need to get one, and wire it in. Cut off and save the the connector for it, to install it on your car. My guess is, that it will start right up.
