so whats the cheapest place to get the pace setter exhaust for the b12?.. so far the only place I know that sells it is www.ptuning.com for $133.95 .. + 10 s&h..
Any opions on this product? are there any other ones I should take look at?..
The sport coupe and the sedan have different exhaust systems. It's not hard to adapt the coupe system to the sedan.

So Rice, does this mean my car body won't accomodate the pacesetter system since the sedan and sport coupe are more similar than the Sport coupe and the base coupe? Or maybe is it possible?

The sedan and the 2 door coupe (looks like the sedan) are the same. The Sport Coupe (hatchback) has a slightly different exhaust system. Does that clear everything up???

Who knows if this breaks the ice a little, I have a 2 door B12 with a trunk (not a hattchback) and I have the Pace Setter header installed in the black matte finish with the DEI exhaust wrap as well. I got it for $125.00 from Summit Racing ('92 or '93)? I have seen the prices vary from $100.00 to $160.00 over the years. It does fit my car with NO problem! NOTE both air tubes had to be fabricated (cut in the middle & extended) to get them connected. Pace Setter claims due to the fact that it has NO carb I.D, # they cannot say it will pass smog or not. Before my carb went bad (each time like 4 times now) the car passed smog w.o a problem even noticed an increase in pep from the 'ol E16S!

***** I think you guys are talking about apples and oranges. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I think LoOod was originally talking about a Pacesetter cat-back system, for which Pacesetter claims is only for the B12 Sport Coupe [E16i].
Greg is talking about the Pacesetter header, which will fit any B11/B12/N12 E-powered Nissan car.
