GA16i 4spd tranny to 5spd tranny swap? Doable?

Just like the title says, is this doable? I'd like to have that 5th gear for the highway driving and a 4spd is, well, just outdated and the gears are too short. Also, is there a dash cluster that I can swap in that has a tach as well? I don't need one, but it'd be nice to have one.

I've done the 5 spd swap on my GA16i. It absolutely bolts right on. Just double check the speed pinion to make sure it is mechanical and not digital. Pulling that is a PITA. If you use a (i think) RS5F31a - off a GA16DE, it'll fit, that's what I swapped into it. On that, you don't have to lengthen your shifter link, but you can to bring the shifter back to its original position before the swap. Else it leans towards the e-brake a bit. Bolt patterns are the same, so any GA series tranny will bolt right on.
