Im doing a head gasket replacement and cant get the damn sprocket nut off! Any ideas or tricks? Thanks!

welll if its anything like a sr20 cam then they are on there with over 100 ft pounds BUT there should be a spot were u put a open ended wrench on just to the right of the gear itself and if so then just put huger leverage bars on each wrench and use the right size u dont wanna strip anything

The Bolt is 22mm and you can hold the sprocket with socket wrench pushed through the holes.

Got it done, thanks guys! It took a breaker bar, and a socket wrench through the hole to get it done. Thanks again.
