my e16i engine was rebuilt 2000kms ago and worked fine but now the car stuttrs when u hit the gas and sometimes it sounds like its gunna die mid drive, took it to the dealrship to get it checked out, they found no error codes on the comp. ive replaced the tps , plugs , wires etc.. what could be causing the problem?

Did you recheck all your grounds? Or maybe loose crankshaft nut?
Check your vacuum hoses and replace as necessary; Make sure that there's no loose hoses, etc. That could help as well.
I have to re-rebuild my E16i Pulsar engine because I screwed up; I took a risk and it blew up in my face...almost. I learned the hard way that you don't use mineral-based oil to break in a Nissan engine. It's fine for aircraft engines, but apparently not for cars; The new Hastings chrome rings didn't seat. It ran serendipitously well from here to Alberta this past summer, but started losing power after returning. I checked and swapped out everything...to no avail. no trouble codes, nothing. New vacuum hoses, rebuilt EGR valve (Yes, it is possible to rebuild 'em!), you name it...nothing.
Today, I ordered up a new Fel-Pro total engine gasket kit, a new set of Perfect Circle rings and new intake valves to match the exhausts I got on eBay--Beck Arnleys. I'll pre-prep one of the two E16 blocks and piston setups I got, build up another 33M head, see if GOJO is willing to part with that cam (Hint-Hint! LOL), swap the crank out of the current engine into the new one and see if I can do it right this time. And this time I'm using CASTROL OIL!!!
I only got 7,000 miles out of this one...*sigh* No one said lessons were free...
I'll keep y'all up to date. Ciao...

wow thats harsh, and i have no vacuum leaks i checked several times and also sprayed the lines with throttle body cleaner while the car was running cause if there was a leak it would bog down the rpms noticably.
I woke up this morning, got in my Pulsar to fetch some cigs, came back and noticed that there was foamy, tan oil on my parking spot. PANIC: I blew the head gasket. So...drag out an extra crank, get some new main/rod shells, build a new engine ASAP. SH**!

That's not good. I wouldn't be happy either...
BTW, why did you rebuild your motor the 1st time? did you have any headwork done last time? or is your head warped?
I had a BMW 318i once and every couple of months a headgasket would let go...
I rebuilt the motor because it had been neglected and abused by the previous owner; With 125K original miles, power was down and it was burning oil. Considering it's a sports car, I can see that happening...
This failure was my fault, so I'm just gonna do it all over...this time it oughtta work. I figured out what the deal was: A few weeks ago I found that my clicker torque-wrench was sadly out of calibration; It would click before it was supposed to. I used the same wrench to torque the head down. This time, I'm just gonna use the old-school torque wrench. Hasn't failed me yet!
