well, I don't know specifics, all the cams are interchangeable. I have an euro-cam, which works in the e15et and e16s. I would imagine that the e15et cam is optimized for forced induction and my pollute a bit more.

my guess is the E16/E15et cam is the same .. but depending either its a USDM cam or the Euro-cam it will vary. i know that Australians didnt get different cams for N/a and turbo setup from nissan. As a matter of fact, Nissan rarely changed cams over factory N/a or Turbo engine .. Ca18 engine got same cams in the bluebird(u11-12) as in the pulsar nx se (kn13)..i wouldnt found bizarre that the 300zx TT might have different one but for the low "budget" car the kn12 and b12-11 were, i dont think they changed that but did some crazy thing over the timing/fuel management instead.

Know of anyone that has a good, used Eurocam and matching valve train for sale? I'm in the market...

Should I change the E15ET or E16 euro cam to my E15ET? The head is now under construction and I have both cams

How about the the timingbelt wheel that connects to the camshaft, should I put the E15 wheel or the E15ET wheel?

you'll make a bit more power with the euro cam.
