only problem that i can see is the engine mount on the engine. on my E15et it was different from the E16 but it bolted up to the engine without any problem. just make sure you use the one on the b11.
yes the E13 should be easy to change to the E16.. (but youll need to use the ecu and wiring or carb for the E16 for fuel management or it will be way to lean)
