Well, lot of you may be bored of all my questions, but the thing is that i´m trying to learn all i can to do the right thing.
Now i have an E16 engine, and its running great. Lots of people say my car is very fast in comparision to theirs and they also have E16´s. I dont know why this could be, but i still want more power!!!!
Initially i was thinking in going turbo on my engine, but some friends think i should keep my engine like it is and buy another one to go turbo and not risk mine that is running well.
Then i had the idea of swapping a GA16, but i think it may be lots of work and i wont get that much power out of an GA.
Money is an issue i cant do a lot, i have money for the next options:
1) Turbo on my actual E16S
2) Swap a GA16 and nothing else
3) Buy a used E16S, turbo it and keep mine intact.
GA16i or DE? the DE has some aftermarket support and a turbo compliments this engine nicely as a few B13 and B14 guys can tell you. I don't think I've seen a turbo E16 with or even a carbed 4 cyl. with a turbo, finding a carb to handle boost but still small enough for your engine. If you dicide the stay with the same engine but just turbo it, I'd try to use the one you've got now because you know what it's condition is and there won't be any guessing as to whether or not it's any good.
A friend of mine has a GA16 on his B11 and his doing 9.3s in the 1/8 mile, it really runs good, and beats a lot of hondas out there. but you would need all the harness for it.

GA16DE's? You will get more power from the GA because of it's dual cam design and it seems to have larger aftermarket support. People are turboing the DE's with good results.
I guess im going to do it in stages. First ill turbo th E16S and learn all i can with it, when i kill the engine ill buy a GA and do the things based on my experience with the E16s.
Is that OK?

That seems to be a good thing to do, and you'll get a lot of experience ...
