200SX CA20E Intermittenly loses power lights flicker

Its weird, but sometimes when I'm just cruising my lights start to flicker a little and I notice that the car does not have as much power. Every once and a while I notice that the car is kind of like misfiring (hesitant) but I can pull over and I know it is not misfiring. The distributor was replaced a little while back (less than a year old) and I just replaced the internal ignition module. I also replaced both coils. My alternator is also pretty new. Any suggestions????

Sounds like a charging sytem problem. Any problems starting like your battery is weak? If the alternator isn't supplying a charge the car will run off the battery until there's no juice left and it will feel like it's bogging down.....not enough spark.

I've had my alternator tested when this problem began and it tested fine. I have not had any problems with the battery running low or difficulty in starting. The voltmeter stays at or around 14.4 volts where it should be while running and 12 when stopped. Could it be a bad ground somewhere???? If so where should I start looking. I've even checked all the connections to anything that has to do with the ignition.
