Arithmetic

Normal i dont have get GOOD accel, but not as bad as yesterday. I dont know, i got a tune-up in the morning and the car was feelin better already. Than later in the day, i was driving around the city doing some errions, and my accel was really bad, like goin 15-25 in 35-45 lane, people where just passing me by and i felt bad ! Eventually it picked up, but when i come to a complete stop and start it back up, its very slow... but picks up after. I put in engine oil cuz i was low and it helped a bit, but still it was slow a bit after. It was also windy and cold , could that be the reason? Is there anything i can do to jump my accel? This is ther first time it was REALLY BAD!
