NO. it will not. as far as e-series engines go, it will only fit the E15ET w/ 200mm clutch. the largest clutch available for an E16 was 180mm, IIRC.
unless you change the tranny and clutch assembly..but if you've done that then you better know what fits and doesn't

i'm not sure if the 200mm clutch/flywheel fit in the bellhousing of the RS5F30A... but the input shaft *is* the same on the 30A and the 31A.
the flywheel from an E15T would be required (or a cu$tom flywheel). i don't remember if there's a difference between the E15 and E16 flywheels. IIRC, the E15 is externally balanced, so you couldn't swap the flywheel from the 15 to the 16.

I guess it's not really a big deal. i don't need a performance clutch, since i don't have a performance car.. I can't see how it would improve much.
has better holding power and probably doesn't slip as it gets hot as easy as oem. i was going to say if you had a friend in the states who would snatch it and then give it to you that would be one way

well, maybe i'll do a bit of shopping around and see if i can find an oem or performance one locally, and compare prices... if i could save a bunch on it i'll maybe get someone in the states to grab it for me

Guys, I am looking for a performance pressure plate for my 4WD B12. It has a 200mm clutch cover like the one that I'm told was in this auction. This ebay link is too old and is gone. Can anyone tell me where I can get a clutch cover that's about 30% stiffer than my stock '89 B12 4WD clutch?
