Pulsar.. lets see.. the turbo.. and can snatch the manifold and modify it.
Get the transmission... the rear end....
wait.. ohh nm.... you car is FWD... sorry
but you can sell the 4.11 differential for some bux to a Z car owner.
haha i think u got the pulsar mixed up wiht some other older nissan. its a fwd and im swaping over its entire engine. i bought this junker and im rebuilding the engine i jsut nned ot know what little frills and such i need. like if i have to swap over the whole wiring harness and all the little small parts and such. but thanks for tryin.

Well, if it's 87-90, and has a ca18det or the ca16, you'll want to snag alot of stuff. Besides the motor, get both the front and rear sway bars and dont forget the bushings. The steering wheel is a nice sentra mod. Brakes, read Myetballs post in the b12 section. Good luck!

oh im sorry. i forgot to say its an 83 turbo pulsar with the e15et in it. theres been a few threads about it already so if ud liek ot know more about it jsut hunt those down. also the reason i ask for what to take is casue no ones really posted about the e15et swap. if it was the other one i would have jsut searched. so webfoot have u ever dealt wiht one of these?

you will need everything. wire harness, ecu, eng/trans, ducting, MAF sensor, radiator (DO NOT DAMAGE THE RADIATOR!! $$$$), cooling fans, relays, gauge cluster, some of the dash harness (mainly for the gauges, if you plan on using them), fuel pump (in-tank, i believe) and sending unit, get EVERYTHING. better to have it and not use it than to forget it and need it...

good idea. i plan on jsut using my radiator when u say ducting do u mena intake? casue iif u do i dont need but maybe half of it casue im rerouting it. i dont plan on using the gauges so but im still gonna get the harness jusnt in case it needs it ot work. im using my e16 trans but im gonna save the one from this car anyways. thanks alot!

if the e15et and e16 are the same block series caint you just keep the e16 block, bigger pistons, and put the et tranny head, etc...,i dont know about these engines but just a questions/suggestion
im thinking if their almost the same engine also you wouldnt have to switch your harness under the dash and going to the cluster and the realays, i would think they share the same connections, but have a look first at both car's wiring, see if they are the same,
yes they are the same block but very different engines. my e16 is carb and this is a MPFI setup. also the gauges r totalyl diffrent. the internals are much stronger on the e15 so im keeping thoses and if i was gonna use the e16 internals i would have to have the pistons machined for valve clearance. the bore on both engines is the same its the stroke that makes the different in displacement. the electronics are very different from my understanding.

the E15ET and E16 tricks:
E15ET used a shorter stroke (82 vs. 88mm), the same rods, taller (and higher compression) pistons, and a smaller head than the E16. they made up for the higher compression stuff with the short rods, the pistons come nowhere near the top of the bore, leaving something like 5mm of "squish." E15 heads are similar to the E15ET, but i believe they're a lighter (thinner) casting. E15 pistons are similar, but have valve reliefs. All this combines to make it difficlut to up the compression on the E15ET w/o buying custom pistons. up the boost.

holly ****, 20 psi on stock internals, thats nuts, thats a strong lil motor, if your not boostin your full 20 and say your only at about 12, you should give that sucker a lil NO2 hehe, i want a 15et
