How much boost is the stock e15t running? The ~150 ft-lb's doesn't sound right.

7psi even on an E16 wouldn't give you that much torque. Somehow those numbers are screwed up. At 100% efficiency, 7psi would give you less than 50% increase in power. The E15 at n/a compression makes what - high 80's for torque? Those numbers are wrong. If it were 15psi I'd believe it, but 7psi makes it implausible.

blech!
7 psi? i'd think it'd be higher... that things got SQUAT fer compression.

hey McClunky, clear out your PMs, man!

all cleaned out...sorry about that laz. im pretty sure its that cause yet again every were i look says that. also the little t2 wont run anything about 10psi conisistantly or will it? either way the little emergency overboost gate on the intake mani beside the tb is set at 9 psi.

If this article has its info right, peak torque is ~116 ft-lb's, which makese sense when the stock E15 made about 85 ft-lb's with higher compression (9:1 vs. 7.4:1). I don't know how proportional compression is to power, but assuming it's linear, that would put an E15 with 7.4:1 compression at around 70 ft-lb's, and 7-8psi of boost would bring it back up to around the 115ft-lb mark.
