how much hp would a z-24 carb- euro cam- peaceheader and second stage act clutch on a e-16s what else can i do to this engine?

Dunno what hp you will gain. I'm thinking no more than 20. As far as what else you can do, depends if you want to rip apart the bottom end. I'm thinking over bore, gapless rings (Deves), E15 oversize pistons, E15 turbo head.
