Hey, I'm doing something similar....unfortunately I havent technically completed the swap...The Z24 is better...it doesnt use the chokeless electric feedback system, and the barrels are way bigger...soo, better flow and more capacity for air/fuel if nothing else. I bought my carb and intake as a package from BlownB310...he took a regular E16 intake manifold and bored out the plenum a little...but the carb fits on the original studs...you just have to use smaller washers, and maybe thinner nuts, cuz there's not much thread left after the carb goes on. Blown can tell you more about this, but he cut his own paper and solid carb gaskets to fit the Z24/E16 combo.... I'm assuming he just widened out the original gaskets to match the carb. He also plugged all of the vacuum and EGR fittings on the intake and carb (not CARB friendly), so basically you just need 12v for the choke and some air and fuel and its ready, of course I have yet to start my motor, so in a couple months I can really tell you whats up...long live E-series

i think the carb for a later ('78 or so) 200SX will mostly bolt on... only have to make a throttle cable... (i think that's what i've got at home...) i just ordered a carb, i'll let you know if it fits...

carb, header, cam... the power increase should be noticable... stage 2 clutch from whom? the pulley is just a detail item... it'll help acceleration a little, but won't show up on the butt-dyno.
