Unhappy My CA 20E bogs and chugs when I put the accelerator pedal down all the way

Why does my engine bog and chug when i put the pedal down all the way???... I changed the plugs, plug wires, thebattery wires, the alternator wires (I swapped out factory crap for 4 awg), doubled up on my battery grounds

timing or TPS ... i suggest you look at timing in the first place than see if the Tps is well working ... and adjusted ...

the TPS only has one arm inside to switch between the two positions, when my Haynes manual shows a unit with two

maybe blownb310 could help more than me on that engine ... since he got one imself... i wander cause my tps got 2 fonction, one is position, and idle switch ...

This may or may not be the case, but I just switched the thermostat on my car (it's not the same as yours, but had the same problem..) and now it no longer bogs at WOT.
It would only be that if your engine runs too cold, though.

could be a fuel system thing, too.. maybe a fuel filter, or run some injector cleaner through... it's more than likely the timing or something related to that, though....
