Throw-Out Bearing Issues

So i got a new clutch assembley and realease bearing, and I wanna know what kind of grease I should use to pack the bearing...I'm assuming a hi-temp type thing...the original grase was metallic looking, but I've only really seen axle and bearing grease before. And how critical is it to replace the clutch release parts like the shaft and return spring? Btw, Blown wasn't lying, the 210 press. plate fits perfectly on my flywheel...I'm excited. And, in case anyone was wondering Daiken clutch discs are made by Exedey.

i didnt replace the forks parts... i simply unhook the spring ... pull on it and clean/regrease the hole and shaft where it sits in the casing than put back the spring on... 5 minute job... and with the bearing on, the spring pull the assy completely out .. just like new !!!

Lithium grease is great for the throwout bearing and release fork. It's designed for high friction metal-to-metal applications.

yes...the 210 press. plate apparently has a little more clamping force than the B11's for the same price
