cut wire harness usable?

is a cut wire harness still usable? can it be put back together?

Dude, I wouldnt bother. Even if you solder all those wires the chance of developing shorts over the course of time is too great. Don't curse your car with electrical gremlins forever.

Btw, hows the progress?
