My car is alive after 6month of waiting.... the engine sounds so mean!! it rumbles like a V8 !!... quite slow till the boost kicks in around 2500-2800rpm... then buckle up ... that thing got so much potential !!... im only boosting 5lbs right now as its the stock boost... but beware that after 500 miles ill crank it up...as soon as the roding is finish !!... btw it is very hard not to floor it because, it is just better !! And you got to love the puishhhhhhh when the BOV opens !!.....
So now im running the little bugger with the E16i intake and TBI, with an adapter i made that look really cheap but hell it work so good !!... i never taugh it would be strong like that... i feel like im gonna eat civics for breakfast pretty soon !

Ya i think i got some issue with the idle first to take care but when i pass the 2nd, omg.... because the motor mount are filled, each time it stumble the wheel spins ... so my first speed is kindda shitty...but the darn thing spool so fast !!! ... wath i did is that i removed the 2 vacuum sensor next to the intake so my idle probleme must coming from those... also, the stumble stoped almost completely when i disconnected the TPS... so there could be a problem with it too...

damn, dont ever sit that first cup of coffee in the morning on the dash with those filled motor mounts! might not be a good experince, i cant wait to see the pics!
well the motor mounts are very nice, quite hard but still soft enough for a bit (maybe too much) of movements... i fixed the idle when i installed the 2 sensor (egr and AIV valve) next to timing belt... i didnt think i would make such a difference ... now it idle nicely at 800rpm and dosent go lower !! lol, and wath is the best thing yet .. the cam is so hot !!! pulls hard from 3500 to way pass the red line !!...

Great Job CrazyMart! I can't wait to see the pics. Glad to see all the hours and hard work you put into your new engine pay off. I'm a little confused about the E16i and the tbi setup you said you're using. How can that work on an E15ET?
i used the Tbi and manifold of the E16i, made myself an adapter with abs tubing like the Ga16i turbo we saw a couple week ago around here.... i even made a flange for a BOV in pvc... wich hold great !! i got a standart Sr20det red top BOV on it... all my friend like the sound of it cuz i dont recirculate it... i dont need to since the AFM is pass the BOV and not before like most common Sr and Ga turbo setup.. and the Ecu fallow the turbo greatly, keep adding fuel where its need it... i taugh i would be runnin lean a bit but no... i think its coming for the 1.6 vs 1.5 at 5 lbs... but the 1.5 at 5lbs should equal more gas since the Hp number are really impressive compare to the tbi 1.6... it run so fast !!... now i gotta buy a new gasket (manifold to turbo) cuz it when loose from the heat and didnt saw it ... so i got a leak, and it broke... but it sure will be repared !!
