Ok heres the deal... i was finishing dressing up the engine with the pullies and stuff, then i putted the crank pulley on .... so when it was tight the crank began turning.... As i finished about 5/8 of a turn, it stopped... so i tried with my 3/8 ratchet to put more pressure trying to have make the full turn but it wouldnt move further....
First thing i taugh was "oh shit, my cams no timed right..." so i check this option cracked open the cover, even got the rockers off so i could calculate the position for each 1/4 turn of cam... So i taught even better : since the valves are all shut... why dont i try to turn the crank again ??? .... So i did... but Same place ... it stop !!!!! seem like a piston is getting stuck somewhere or somewath ....
Wath the problem ???????....wath can be the exact cause of this ??... i was about to put the engine in the car as of this morning but Jeezzzzzz... good thing i putted that pulley there tonight... i would have never saw that "binding" and probably threw a rod or eat my flywheel on first start ...
Hope Blowns gonna pass this morning !! or someone with experience ..... wath i will do is get the pan off, and try moving each piston one at a time (getting them off the crank) by hand see wich one is it exactly... i just hope to get answer quick !! i want it in the car so bad !!!!!!...
thanks to everyone who can help here !!

Hey CrazyMart,
I'm glad you got it sorted out!. That reminds me of the time I built my first E16 race engine. I had seen the rocker shaft bolts loosen and fall out of several customers stock street car engines, so I decided to "fix" that problem from ever happening to mine. So I put red Loctite on my rocker shaft bolts and torqued them down to spec. The next day, I went to adjust the valves and the engine would not turn! It was locked up! Holy crap I thought. Then I realized that the holes in the head where the rocker shaft bolts go, are drilled straight through to the camshaft journals. I had "glued" the cam to the head! It was easy to fix once I realized what I had done. Now I try not to "fix" stuff that isn't broke anymore.
Blown thanks that make me feel less ackward ! lol that reminds me to take the cover off too... i should do it since ill have the turbo off today... done 75km in 3 days with it ... hard not to beat it... but if the turbo came loose ... maybe some other bolt cam loose too !
