CA18DE stuff

Could all the stuff from a ca18det bolt onto the DE, like the turbo manifold, injectors, and all the stuff that seperates the two engines?

most of them im sure of it ... but i believe the intake manifold of the De is better suited for the swap... and injectors a bigger on the DET (370cc)....

You could bolt it all on, but it might not work for very long.
I'm not sure about USDM, but my ZADM CA18DE has a 10.5:1 compression ratio.
Just a subjective impression here, but that doesn't seem a very boostable C/R.

Just put in the DET's pistons and rods, change the headgasket, slap on the turbo and manifold as well as the injectors and you will most definitely need some 370CC injectors as well as a crank girdle if you can find one. Last but not least is some type of fuel management to operate this set up, so basically go buy the real CA18DET and save yourself the dramas.
