Alright guys, here's a sneak preview of my beast that I had been building for quite some time. She'll be installed by mid next month (Promise), but the car will not see much street duty. These were taken today as I pulled the crankshaft pulley to test the clearance of the magnets to the hall sensor.

Can't wait to see more pics...especially that radical 11mm lift cam and headwork. Are those JUN adjustable cam gears? And what up with ur intake...is that a custom job?

Yeah, the intake is a custom job! It's designed to match the flow of the turbo and the engine and will be accompanied by a 73mm throttle body. As far as the cam gears, I don' think they're JUN, but they sure as hell came from Japan. They seem to have the skills to make their own adjustable cam gears and that works just fine for me.

Driver's side view! As you can see the car has some weathering on it's paint job (what paint job), but I got a nice paint scheme just waiting for it. Remember my goal guys, I will have the fastest CA18DET powered B12 sentra sedan in the world (Undisputed). Unfortunately, I cannot show pictures of the gearboxes just yet. Hope the photos answer some questions....Enjoy!

Boost those are short runners, great for high speed. Hehehe.
BTW I do not see where the injectors are gonna be? Also what is the comp ratio of your pistons? They look very nice.

I'm still porting that section. CA18s have a three piece intake manifold to head set up with butterfly plates that have been removed and bore increased. Pistons compression ratio is 8.5:1, but engine's total compression will be bumped up to 8.8:1 because of the shaving of the head and decking of the block.

How do you compensate for the slack on the timing belt? Is that where the adjustable cam gears get to work?
Freaking !! that thing is the total man !! still going t03/04 on this ??... Mervic, adj. timing gear will help dial in the cams but it will help even more when hes gonna put the monster on the dyno for the tuning !!...on an engine like that, the right cam tuning can be beneficial as 20hp+ gains on a degree or 2 !

There's no slack on the timing belt, so no need to compensate! Everything lined up perfectly and actually had clearance with the huge cams (of course I had the piston valve reliefs enlarged). The turbo being used is T3/T4 hybrid that will see no less than 25psi............
