Oversight

I have just purchased a 1987 pulsar SE with a damaged head. So instead of getting it fixed I am considering a CA18DET swap.

But I was wondering if there was any common complications fro this motor swap (even though I think it should bolt right in).

Also, can anyone recommend a place to buy this engine/tranny?

You can get the CA18DEt that looks like the engine you have or get the more modern motor. Engines can be found anywhere between $500-$1000 depending on who got them with what accessories.
