Fuses, check them all. Let us know if they are good. While you're down there check for any burned power wires leading to the fuse box.

your probably talking about those fusible links on the driver's side of the engine bay.The ones that i don't have are ecc/rad fan, and p/wdw sunroof and i have the same engine/tranny configuration as you and no a/c or power steering. try checking your wiring harness connectors for lose connections or corrosion under the dash right behind the "fuse box" if some of these come undone you will lose power to alot of crap

okay guys , i figured it out. whoever had the car before my mechanic apparently screwed something up . because today after my car lost fuel pressure yet again in the carolina heat(94 today!) i had had it. i got the car home and decided to figure out what was going on with b12#3. popped the hood and realized that there were two wires running to the postive terminal that werent hooked up the first time . so i decided to hook them up and everything is now working. only thing is the fan is now on a toggle switch and i have no clue how to fix that and also the brake lights stay on. any help here would be appreciated!
