I went to Sears tonight and picked up some screw driver bits to fit my impact driver so that I could remove those stubborn screws I mentioned last night. I got them out and pulled the pressure regulator off and then unscrewed the fuel inlet barb from the E16i TB and it looks like if you thread the hole in the GA16i TB the E16i barb will fit like a glove.

I have also been looking at ways to hook up those two water hoses that go to the manifold. The fitting on the E16i manifold un screws pretty easily and you should be able to get the one from the GA16i manifold and screw in its place. This assumes you even care about those hoses.

If I can find a FPR I will install the TB this weekend.

BTW, if you don't have one of those impact drivers that you strike with a hammer you are missing out on a great tool. I have stripped so many screw heads in the past with regular screw drivers but this impact driver gets out the most stubborn screws without stripping the heads. Sears has them with 4 screw driver bits for about $20.

I'm sure it would be not much of a hassle to hook up the coolant lines to the TB, I just choose to leave them out for simplicity's sake.
Hopefully the fuel delivery will be perfect with the barb into the TB.
Good luck on yanking the old TB off, mine was a pain. The old gasket kept it stuck so hard, I had to resort to wedging a board partway under the old one and jumping onto it... several times! Amazing..
