Where can I find an aftermarket FPR that can go low enough

I can't find one that can go as low as 14 psi .. and it's really tickin' me off. Any ideas or anything would help GREATLY. Thanks in advance.. It needs to be able to be put in-line, not attached to the TB.
I REALLLLLLLLLLLLLLLY need this to get my damn car running right.
So hard to find the parts I need.. ARGH.
