Stock 69 HP at the wheels or at the block

I wanna take my EFI E16 in to get dyno'd.. I know it's got 69 HP stock... but is that at the wheels or at the block.. you guys know? if it's at the block I'm gonna get laughed at so bad when I take it to get dyno'd... cause then it's gonna still only have like 69 when I take it in... except now it will be at the wheels.. teeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee he.

Expect about 60hp at the wheels since the engine isn't factory fresh.

That is 69 bhp or brake horsepower. This is measured at the crank using an engine dyno. Typical loses through the drivetrain range from 15-25% of BHP with a manual transmission and 25-35% for an automatic. Calculate it out from there.
