need help upgrading cams while using a different turbo

hey guys i am currently using a corolla ke70 with ca18det engine.the turbo blew up so i placed the ihi vf30 turbo disconecting its internal wastegate and adding 38mm external wastegate plus 3inch down and cat with front mount intercooler...the main prob is what cams should i get to achieve more then 300hp..i am definetley il go for 260 cams but i am having stock head not ported so can i like use 260 solid ones with all its xtra parts like valvespring retainers and solid pivots . will i have any issues of idling
cuz m using stock ecu..plus how much boost i can run if i add safc with 560cc injectors.............
also usig spec stage 3 plus with jun lightweight flywheel
