I've got a friend who is looking for an E-series twin side draft intake. They seem to be out of production from everywhere. I'm sure there is a used one around collecting dust.
A forum member in Indonesia wants one really badly. I thought I'd help a brother out so I searched around to see if I could find one for him. Even though the E-series intakes aren't listed on Pierce manifold's website any more, I asked them if they might have one left collecting dust. To my surprise they said they do have just one left. But they want a lot of money for it.
Here was their reply:
"One more left # 8-2286 $375.00 E15, E16 for 2 x DCOE's.

the ground wire on the bottom of the above picture, where does it lead to on the engine block? i rebuilt my engine and can't remember where it goes on the engine side.
also, can you tell me which colors of wires hook up on the positive side and the negative side of the coil?

My B11 race car is currently in a rented garage [so I can't take a look for you at the moment], but if I remember right, it goes on a stud from the cylinder head, just behind the back of the timing cover. Really anywhere on the back of the head will do just fine.
Again, my car isn't here for me to take a look, but maybe someone else here can take a quick look at their B11's coil wire colors to let you know which goes where. I can tell you this though, I remember that of the two wires, the one [by it's color] that I thought would go to the positive terminal, actually went to the negative. Wish I could be more exact for you.
