E16S Engine Valves?

I was looking at the valve cover for my engine and asked someone about whether or not it had three valves per cyl instead of two

this was said going on the assumption that two valve and four valve heads are complete rectangles

and this one has little outgropings at each cylinder's exhaust manifold hookup

also what does the yellow sticker with PZ on it on my engine mean?
thanks

nope. only two valves per cylinder. the reason that those little outgropings come out is that is where the rockers are for the exhaust. i dunno why it couldn't just be a whole rectangle, maybe it saves weight and has more oil pressure.

and from what i remember, that two letter code just tells us what kind of engine and tranny assembly it has, whether it be a automatic, 4speed or 5 speed.

i had a list of codes around, just can't find them right now. PF stands for four cylinder automatic, cause that is what I have

well i have four cylinder five speed
so i guess that would have something to do with it

anyone know where i can get the little vacuum idle control thing on the side of the carburetor
for some reason mine isnt controlling the idle
the plunger just kind of sits there
its either that or i am not getting vacuum from somewhere
any ideas?
