My engine (e16s) jumps when I put it in reverse but not when I put it in drive. Clearly I have a bad engine mount but I can't see the engine when I'm putting it in gear and I don't have anyone to look at it while I do it so which mount is bad? The front or the back? I know it's not the sides.

If the engine "Jumps" when you put it in reverse, it is probbaly both front and rear "Dogbone" mounts. You should be able to see if the rubber in the ends of the mount fits tightly, or not. If it was loose, a new mount would be needed
