pcv valve....

anyone know exactly where my pcv vavle is located??..im trying to replace it with a new one but i cant find where the old one is located on my 85 nissan sentra hatchback....

It's located in the back of the intake. Follow the hose coming off your valve cover. It will lead you to your pcv.

intake??..i have a carburetor....there is a hose on the carburetor then it connects to the valve cover....r u talking about that??..it connects from where the pcv air filter is....

What engine do you have?
Since you say it is carbureated I will assume you have the E16s
The PCV should be located between the lifter cover and the hose that goes to the carbureator. It is about 1/2" diameter and 1" long with a round pin inside.

i got a carbed e16, so i know exactly where it is.

its right below the back of the carburetor where the carb bolts on the intake. dead in the middle. very hard to get to. you might have to remove the air cleaner. i changed mine when i was rebuilding the carb, and it was still hard to get to. if you want a pic i can take one.
