Ok I have a 1990 Nissan Sentra fully stock and i need to know what is the best engine that i can drop into it with out having to do body mods. i dont mind if i gotta move the engine mounts but the engine in it right now is a 12 valve 4 banger. If anyone knows what kind of engine i can put in it, how much it is, and what i can do for the time being on this engine please let me know. This is my first car and I'm new to the whole engine mod and body mod scene so if you know anyhting about it please help thanks.
SR and CA engines fit in nicely. A bit of advice, read my post about underestimating your engine. Engine swaps are expensive and labor intensive. Click on the search funtion at the top and you'll find many post about the info you want..

Hey... I just finished putting a GA16DE in place of a GA16i. Just got it running earlier. It would be about the same amount of work to do an SR20 engine. The Mechanical aspect isnt that hard but the wiring is interesting. Follow this link... http://www.nissanforums.com/showthread.php?t=111595
