Can you drift A/T?

Simple. Can you drift with a Automatic 240SX. If no say no, if yes explain how. No smartass remarks!

Congratulations on finding NF!! The most important thing about drifting is that it's being done on a track, a closed road, or a parking lot. Never endanger someone else's life because you want to try to drift. You can drift an A/T by using the Ebrake or by pressing on the accelerator during the turn. For more answers try doing a search in the MotorSports section

What to do before you drift A/T?

What steps or mods should be done before you drift? Tires, susp, etc.

I wouldn't get really good tires because they will be gone soon after, suspension, and brakes.

Are Brembo cross brakes with stock calies and semi-metal pads good enough? What about the stock suspens? Should I get KYB? I fly up and down this mountain every weekend so I need good stuff.

use the search function, its really helpful. there is alot of good information on here about suspension set ups, LSD, tire choice ect..

about drifting the A/T you can power over ( fish tail) but you really cant doo too much else with it ( no shift lock). i've seen a few guys iunduce braking oversteer on an automatic but it looked really sloppy and destroyed their tranny
