FUCK BELKIN! UPS lost my package and the same day they lost it I called Belkin and told them the situation and they said they were going to contact UPS and file a claim and send me out a new package, because when a claim is made by a company UPS refunds the amount of the package after a 7 day investigation. 9 days later I call the Belkin company and ask them what the status of all this is and the supervisor tells me that that is not their responsibility and no representative would ever say such a thing and yada yada yada. Basically he told me to go fuck myself because they are not going to send another package unless I pay for it and they are not going to file a claim with UPS to help me out.

Call again and go further up the food chain. Do your best to get a VP on the phone. Sounds impossible, but it can be done. Just have to get the right number, especially if you had some money involved in this.
And the thing that sucks about UPS (don't know about FedEx) is that they only deal with the shipper, not the person who the box was intended for. That way they can limit the number of claims they have to deal with. The less parties that can file a claim, the greater their chance of people giving up on it.

The package was only $50. That's what's pissin me off the most. A $50 package for a multi-million dollar company shouldn't even be pocket change. But I have threatened for a lawyer and BBB and they still don't want to honor anything. But I will take care of it today.
So I finally get my shit from Belkin and when I install it, it's not reading the mouse. I've tried everything I could, Mark even tried helping me and nothing. Whenever the keyboard was plugged in, it wouldn't even recognize that a mouse was. So I disconnected everything and put back my old stuff and everything works fine. So Belkin's crappy customer service comes from their crappy products.
