Are these the same cefiros that some people are having a problem with the actual 'mirror' portion coming loose?

yes, but i will say this if you are careful you will not have this problem .What happens is ppl start adjusting the beam and get in a hurry and break the adjustment screw by overtightening the screw.its not a bad product you just have to take it easy when making adjustments
