Minimum Sleep
Soo.. whats the minimum sleep you need a night in order to be able to work normally the next day?
I am not talking about 1-time scenarios of no sleep for 48 hours.. just like the regular schedule that works for you.
I personally try to get at least 7 hours, I can go on w/ 5 & 6 but its more tiring.
I had 4 tonight. Sucks..

my off days are tues and thurs. and i go out on weekends.

Yeah I sleep like 10 hours on weekends, but like 4-8 on weekdays
