dealing with trophy nissan

heres what has happen to me!
I have been dealing with trophy nissan for the past couple of weeks. I am not too happy with the service department! .
1.I took truck in for oil leak 1/28/04 was fixed supposedly. Picked up truck on 1/31/2004.
2 .2/1/2004 I looked under truck I find trans fluid all over undercarriage truck was towed to dealer 2/2/04.
3. 2/3/04 picked up truck again no paper work that repairs have been done. Was faxed paper work on 2/4/04 ticket was generated on 2/4 not when truck was brought to dealer on 2/2/04.
4. 2/5/04 got under truck again still have oil leak same spot was towed to dealer again.
5. 2/9/04 picked up truck was assured truck was inspected by shop Forman. And all repairs we completed properly. Note: truck sits in garage all week the only time it gets driven is on weekends.
6.2/15/04 went to store to get some food noticed major rattling noise under truck. Again
I get under the truck to see what is wrong this time. The bolts that hold the cross over exhaust pipe are gone at the flange. So now I have an exhaust leak.

I do not know who are running things in the service department but with shoddy workmanship like this I will not take my truck there ever again. I am a member of several Nissan car/truck clubs I will let the members of these clubs know about my experience
With trophy Nissan. I am bringing this to your attention because after numerous attempts
To let trophy Nissan satisfy me as a customer. I find myself disappointed and frustrated
With Nissan as a company. The Incompetence of this dealerships service department has cost me a lot of time, hassle and my good faith in the name Nissan. I have always expressed to others that I would not buy anything but Nissan products. But the treatment I have received makes me question weather or not I will ever purchase another Nissan product. If you can be of any help to resolve this matter it would be greatly appreciated and hopefully restore my good faith in the company

Thanks.
Lance Hinton

I have been dealing with trophy since i bought my car. Half my problem have been from the not putting everything back on(bolts not tight or just not in cant get the recall untill 3 visits later) the way i got thru to them was to Kusssss them out in front of the head guy.

Hell yeah, call Nissan corporate. The individual Nissan dealerships are individually owned, but they still answer to Nissan corporate. A guy I work with was having a problem with his car (yeah it was a Ford, go figure) and the dealership was being a pain, so he called the Ford regional office to complain. The next day he got a call from the dealership and he got the red carpet treatment.

You know I had a Volkswagen once, and I took it in for service and when I got it back I looked under the hood and saw bolts coming out of where my tranny met my axel. So long story short they fired the mechanic that worked on it. I think Trophy Nissan should take a lesson from Rusty Wallis Volkswagen. And BTW I hate Trophy Nissan sales dept. I will never give them my business again in any way shape or form, and I will do everything I can to keep my friends and the people I know from going there. I got escorted out of there for starting shit with the sales manager because he couldn’t understand why I didn’t want to buy a car TODAY. He got real scared real quick when I got in his face. Fucking pussy, I wanted to beat his ass into a fucking coma. (Had to vent that out, pisses me off still even though it was 3 years ago. No, there is no harboring of hate here )

Post this on www.nissaninfiniticlub.com

One of their moderators is a head honcho over at Trophy Nissan. His name is Jason. Nice guy for the most part, but he got a lot of not so nice words from us when he mentioned he worked for Trophy.

unless you have roadside warranty or something like that you aren't getting a curbed rim replaced. Extended warranty doesn't cover that.
