I'm thinking about ordering this HID kit.........and I like how it looks on the Max. The kit I was thinking about is 6000k or the 7000k, so I was trying to get as close to the Max scale as possible.

well that'll look interesting...

don't forget that you'll never pass inspection once you get HID's...

Just swap the bulbs out every year or find someone who doesn't check. Personally I swap mine out every year

yeah... that's what my buddy with his Isuzu Rodeo with Phillips HID's in it does... he just pops them out. Get's his inspection, then puts them back in.

and don't ask me why you would waste money on puttin HID's in an Isuzu Rodeo. He also has a CAI and full exhaust. It's a Rice SUV. *shakes head*

cars that come with HID stock have a second set of lights that are for high beams. one of the new Mercedes was the first car to have HID headlights AND HID high beams... the highbeam HID's are aimed higher.

just look at one of the 5th gen max's with HID's or the beamers... you'll see a second set of lights....

it is cheaper to design and mass produce a vehicle with a one bulb headlight assembly as opposed to a dual headlight assembly.
