KA24DE Knock Sensor Help

Ok so the sensor is between the intake manifold and attached to the block . . . Talked to the tech's at Courtesey and they said if I can get the wire loose I can just reatach the new K Sensor to the block in an area where it should be able to pick up pings. Any body got any bright ideas of where it could go?

uhhh why would u reground the sensor to the block....

I suggest tapping it near to the last cylinder on the fuel rail, since you'd start pinging/knocking from there before any others....
