From a practical standpoint, I painted the calipers on my

the ish started peeling off and I followed the instructions
to the "T."
I think now you can buy the stuff in a Krylon can at
Pep Boys...
you can buy just about anything at pepboys now

lol...I don't have a prob with painted calipers. As long as they aren't outrageously painted. (yellow, pink, purple...etc)

I like Red calipers on silver cars. Plus if I get tired of it, it is back to pep boys for another $5 paint in Black.

Blue and Red are tricky because in some situations they are rice and in some they are not.
Those blue calipers on that 350Z that showed up at the lake meet looked VERY nice.... I thought. d_warner's red calipers looked nice on his white 4th gen max..... but there are instances when those colors are rice..... it's a car by car decision.

No no, you got the rice all wrong. painting the calipers is cool, as long as it matches, and painting both front and back is good. its when the car has disc/drum brakes and the drums are painted. THAT looks really gay. and especially when they are really small calipers and small drums with big 17" open rims so you get a full shot of them.
