One more thing....did this happen at work? You may be able to hold your employer responsible if you file a claim. It would depend on the circumstances - do you have security/guardhouse, cameras, patrols, at your place of business? What are the parking policies like where you work?
Depending on your deductible, it may also be best to not file a claim. Does key-ing a car fall under collsion? I am not sure that it does, but then again, it's not an act of god so it cannot be comprehensive. Do you have any paint coverage on your vehicle?
It may be best to call your agent in the morning and see what your best options are.

What happened? Is there more too it then the scratch what is that white spot in the first picture. Maybe somebody rubbed against in there car. Thats wack/

That REALLY does suck dude. I don't know how deep the scratch is, but see if you can get it buffed out...I know a friend that had all kinds of scratches on his car and he had all of them buffed out. (on a black Suburban)
