Me, a Vette & a Altima.....I won

OK I know we don't condone racing, BUT.
I was in Frisco on Preston with my son and pick on a newer vette.
Before I knew it, it was on. I was a good run but I beat it. It turns out to be a girl my son went out with before (so he was glad we beat her).
Then all the sudden this Altima with racing decals and some racing team name comes up behind me fast as I stop at the light.
He looking for a race with me (I guess he didn't see the vette get beat). Well I pull out slowly from the light but a little ahaed of the pack and soon as he has a chance, he changes lanes and and statrs to gun it past me. Well, right when he gets next to me I nail it and pull away from him. I get to the next light 15-20 sec befor him. Now he pulls up next to me and we take off from the red light. This time I pull so far away from him it's funny.
Well I slow down to talk to him and invite him to next DNE meet and he turned off before he caught up to me and I couldn't find him.
I really hated beating a fellow Nissan

But really enjoyed beating the Vette (I wanted to see if I could do it & I did)

the altima was a dark color (black, dark grey or dark blue) it had a winshield banner that said aoto?something and blue head lights or HID's

are you supercharged or something? how could you just beat a vette? especially off the line if thats what you mean, just don't make sense...

and was it a C5 or an old C4?

I have a squirrel cage with my daughters ahmster in it powering my car (hamster is on steriods)
And the rac with the vette was a rolling start about 30 mph up to about 90-100.
It was a 2000-2001 body style (I asked my son to asked his ex what year the vette was)

I did not know if I could beet her so I tried for my own peace of mine. I wish we could have tried from a full stop.

I ask you a technical question and you avoid the issue. repeatedly. what do you have done to the max. I'm pretty sure I'm not going to fly to texas to find out at the DNE meet. Wish I could.

I was interested in this thread as my father is a C5 vette owner and I drive the car often. I can't fathom how a maxima (NO OFFENSE NISSAN) with a cold air intake or whatever can touch the vette. please for ^%$#@% sakes answer the question man I hate typing.

I play with vettes as well... I possess the almighty power of the hamster wheel... and mine's on Red Bull... I really need to regrease the wheel.... my hamster wheel is loud....

I'd also like to mention my crickets... they keep my hamster company... He gets lonely at times. I've got a blue jay that whistles in my engine bay too.... he sooths the hamster and the crickets when they get anxious.

Btw, latinmax's hamster wheel produces more power than I am...

oh and blueboost, this one's for you: Me and latinmax both have VERY BADASS Cold Air systems.
