360s put the maxima to the curb

My sister drives a 97 maxima which used to be mine. Tonight some dumb f**k cut her off and she swerved into the median. Went into a 360 and hit the median sideways. Now both front axles are broken and the rear tire is kinda going inward. Best part is the guy drove off and NOONE stopped to help. We are already on high risk insurance so if we claim this will it go against us?

ive got state farm insurance, and they've been great covering for things like this, without rates going up. Just talk to your agent.

dam thas pretty f**ked up. some pumk motha which your mouth,hit my maxima from the rear and ran when it was parked.
i did a police report and told my insurence, and it did count against me. i dont know why. but it was f**ked up. umm yea just talk to your agent. who are you with, what insurence?
