if you dont plan on buying a brand new home you probably want to start looking 3 to 2 months ahead of time because it usually takes about 30 days just for all the paperwork and loan to finally be completed.

Yeah, we are already starting to look. We are trying to find out exactly what we want at this point. I would call you, Latin, on Wednesday but I am swamped at work. I do look forward to getting together with you and discussing the process and options.

i would love to come but its the day after my birthday and i'm going on vacation to california bishes for teh win. What little vacation i have left i've already burned thru a month of combine vacation/personal time and a few of those sick of work days.
