it will fit...as long as its a B14, which it of course is.

it will just look funny cuz you have the big hump instead of a grill
probably will want to get a 95-98 grill to make it look right

and both the 99 SE-L grille and the honeycomb style 98 grille don't quite match it. though the honeycomb much better than the 99 SEL, becasuse you can see too much of the lower part of the headlights with only that half-grille look. had to dremel those plastic brackets on the headlights as they served no purpose (you can see a little part of the bracket just below the grille on the left light peeking out, it's since been cut and sanded down flush). and as far as that "bump" on the bumper, that dip part...you don't really notice it that much i don't think. but the "roll" is different from the grille and the headlights, and they do stick out a bit further than i'd like. i had to dremel part on the back, where it hits the metal grille mounting brackets.

they'll fit fine though, just have a dremel handy for some fine tuning. oh, and the wiring is different too, don't know if you knew that or not. mine are wired straight to my car.
