ugly rear wheel center piece

I know this is a weird question.
(Not sure if this would go in the suspension and brake area or here)
I have a 200sx and I have the rear drums...
Unforantely I have no center caps for my rims and its ok on the front cause the axle and all...but the rear has this brass looking cover that is dumb looking.
I can get the center caps but its not cheap since the rims I have are hard to find anymore.
Can anyone give me any suggestions on what I should do...
If I was to do a rear brake upgrade, does it change this (I wouldnt think that brakes would have anything to do with this)
Does anyone know a company that sells center caps for after market rims. I'm sure I can find something to fit.

funny that you mention this because i posted in another thread taht I actually like how the brass thing looks compared to the ugly front axle sticking out. But the brass thing looks better on my wheels.

Doing a rear brake upgrade would be more expensive than getting caps for your wheels. Although it would give you better performance as well which your caps wouldnt.

When I painted my brake calipers I painted the axle and carter pin so it looks pretty good.
I dont have the money to do the brake upgrade in the rear and I dont race or anything so I dont really need it (need to save for my suspension)

Im wonder what it looks like if i remove that brass cover?? is there a reason why its on?

HAve you tried the used wheel and hubcap place on 19 by the new bypass for 118th ave? They have a few bins full of centers and may have what you need.I got some centers for a set of old Enkei wheels on my Cutlass there, maybe you could do the same.
