polishing..

I noticed that you can polish a B13 valve cover, or any metal VC for that matter, and make it bling.. can you do this to the intake manifold as well?..

Justme trust me, its easier and just about the same price, just take it into a chrome shop. I have a link on how to polish stuff at home on my hame pc, but im not there right now. BUt in my opinion its a lot of work. Cause the intake and even the cover are cast aluminum. Witch means its not smooth, they have to be ground/sanded down to a smooth surface. Then polished out. Its a very long and messy process. If you work out in your garage, you wil;l ahve to cover everything, even the walls. The polish gets everywhere......
