polished rocker (valve) cover

where can i get a polished valve cover for my 1.6?

Find a b13 valve cover at a junkyard, then sand it with some fine grit sandpaper and polish the crap out of it.

nope, they are aluminum, they are pretty cheap at junkyards too, I picked mine up for 20 bucks

Also, you might want to check the classifieds on here, I remember seeing someone selling some of these on here for like 30 bucks or something.

ok, what your gonna have to do is clean it really good with some degreaser, then sand it down smooth, and then get some polishing compound and polish it (using a high speed buffer works best). the color they are before is a raw aluminum color. the classified section is near the bottom on the main page.
